Founder Story
A medical encounter gone wrong inspired Saint Lucian-born national, Stephen Felix to build a technology company specialised in providing innovative solutions for health care. Medial Health promises to make health care processes more efficient. But, just how is this health tech start-up company going to do this?
Medial Health envisions a world where a decentralised digital health eco-system supports the elimination of paper-based medical records. The Medial Health team are dreamers, innovators and above all, problem-solvers. As such, we aim to remove the medical and administrative errors associated with paper-based storage of health records.
Moreover, the company is focused on empowering health care professionals and patients to operate smoothly within a value-based health ecosystem. This health care model would closely follow the principles of quality care—safety, effectiveness, efficiency, accessibility, acceptability, affordability, and equity. Medial Health is committed to changing the health care delivery and service system of the Caribbean and Latin America.
